He makes some very good points. His model 25 reminds me af my old model 81, tube fed bolt action. It has a 24" barrel and when I shoot it with subsonic ammo, the neighbors don't even notice the sound. It is not as quiet as a suppressed rifle would be, but it doesn't require a tax stamp, either.
